Please note for orders received by DANTE e.V. the following conditions: orders received by e-mail, Internet, mail or telephone can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt of the goods by letter, fax or e-mail or by returning the goods (see contact address). It is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods within the period; the date it is received is not important. On orders up to 40 € the customer has to pay the return costs. If the goods are returned in a condition that is worse than what should be expected from the usual inspection of the goods, the buyer may have to compensate for the loss of value.
